Participants are expected to demonstrate mastery by delivering teach backs of the first three steps of the coaching model (F-O-C) and understanding the awareness competencies from their participation in ELC Level 1.
Participants will give and receive competency-based feedback on their interactions during the session.
To prepare the participants for the next session and complete the coaching model, the class will experiment with the coaching model's last two steps (U-S).
The hot topic coaching exercise will allow participants to be coached on current topics and further demonstrate the model and competencies.
