Description

It’s natural to worry how upcoming changes in our organization will affect our work and lives. In fact, we’re wired to anticipate the worst possible outcome. This can make it hard for us to be at our best; to provide our best teamwork, our best ideas, and our best performance. Yet, there are things we can do to shift our thinking and stay more positive despite the uncertainty and stress.This interactive program uses The Path for Positivity™ framework as a foundation to help people experience less stress, a smoother transition, and higher productivity even when the future seems uncertain.

Learning Objectives
  • Learn why our brains don't like change, and why we get stressed
  • Explore how increasing our positivity can reduce this stress
  • Learn the five-step "Path for Positivity" framework that can help us shift our thinking
  • Understand why it's hard to be positive, especially when going through change
  • Realize we can change and learn how to feel more positive
  • Notice our thoughts so we can avoid going into a downward spiral
  • Practice tools to change to make it easier to choose our thoughts
  • Remember we have a choice even during change and uncertainty
