Description

Being a leader often requires having difficult conversations and negotiating the boundaries of relationships and organizational needs. Navigating conversations where one person wants another to change behavior can be quite tricky. How do you do this in the most effective way, without making it personal, and in a way that simultaneously gets buy-in and results in direct action?
