HR UnBoxed 2024 - Sponsorship Levels

The HR Unboxed virtual conference presents impactful and relevant content to help human resource professionals succeed in their roles. As a sponsor of HR Unboxed, you will have a unique opportunity to reach human resource professionals from a wide variety of industries and backgrounds. Many of these professionals are decision makers in their organizations and welcome the chance to hear about the products and services you provide.

HR Unboxed 2024 focuses on helping HR professionals strive for excellence while championing their organization’s most important assets: their people. The conference sessions and sponsor presentations will provide inspiration, motivation, and tools for success.

HR Unboxed 2024 expects more than 3,500 attendees. These are HR professionals who value continuous learning and are open to finding new and better ways to accomplish their complex responsibilities. Sponsors will have a variety of avenues to connect with attendees during and after the event.

Diamond, platinum, and gold sponsors will receive the complete attendee email list. A post-conference email will be sent on behalf of silver sponsors. The names of all sponsors will be included in all HR Unboxed conference communication with those who have registered, including a pre-conference “meet-the-sponsors” email.

The diamond sponsorship includes a full credited presentation during a breakout session. Sponsors at the diamond, platinum, and gold levels will have the opportunity to make virtual presentations during the lunch break. Presenters can respond in real time to attendees’ questions and comments via the forum. The presentations may be prerecorded or live.

In the virtual exhibit hall, sponsors will connect with attendees, promote their brand, and showcase their products and services. Diamond, platinum, and gold sponsors will also be able to share a promotional video and distribute handouts.
