Description

Recent studies show that leaders have the same impact on their employees’ mental health as the employee’s spouse.  That’s staggering.  In a world where the world of work is wrought with toxicity, burnout, bullies and a lack of psychological safety, leaders have a greater responsibility to build a culture of psychological health and safety.  Leaders are the front lines and have the greatest responsibility for keeping their team safe and sound.

This workshop gives aspiring leaders the information and tools to create a psychologically safe environment by providing the knowledge, research, insights, and  frameworks leaders need to create a holistic and business-oriented strategy for workplace mental health.
