Jennifer Throckmorton

HRCP

Jennifer Throckmorton is the Director of Business Development and a founding
member of Human Resource Certification Preparation (HRCP). With over 30 years
of experience, she has played a role in many facets of the organization—but her true
passion lies in helping thousands of HR professionals prepare for their HR certification
exams.

Jen has collaborated with hundreds of educational institutions and organizations
nationwide to develop and enhance their HR programs using HRCP materials as core
curriculum. She’s particularly enthusiastic about micro-credentials and Micro HR digital
badges and often speaks about the credibility and visibility they bring—especially on
platforms like LinkedIn.

Outside of work, Jen enjoys relaxing in her backyard and indulging in fresh produce
from her garden. She’s less fond of the weeding, though—it’s an ongoing struggle.
