As a fundamental element of our innovative HR Unboxed Virtual initiative, we are thrilled to introduce a new product: The HR Unboxed Lunch Box Series!

Throughout the month of October, we invite you to join us during your lunchtime for a stimulating one-hour program. This series will delve into several of the most pertinent topics in HR:

10/3 Speaker - Christine Wilson

Neurodiversity & Productivity. Include More Minds to Make the Most of Your Time

Description: Being neuro-inclusive is not only kind, but can also help your team get the right things done in less time. This course will about what neurodiversity is, give an overview of brain science, and show you tactical tips and techniques you can use to help your company get more of the right things done in less time with a strategy designed with more brains in mind.

10/10 Speaker - Laura Middleton

Five Ways to Improve Your Leadership Skills

Description: This course provides practical suggestions for improving leadership skills, including self-awareness, communication, delegation, empowerment, coaching, and counseling.

10/17/24 Speaker - David J Cherrington

Ethics: Responding to Moral Moments at Work

Description: The webinar, Ethics: Responding to Moral Moments at Work, will discuss the role of moral agency in character development.  The focus will be on the moral development within the organization, and the organizational practices that contribute to the character of it's people.  This webinar will qualify as one Ethics recertification credit for HRCI.

10/24 Speaker - Michael Towers

Limitless Leadership: Improving Mental Health By Silencing The L.I.E.s and B.S.

Description: We need to blow up the current paradigm of leadership. HR is the solution and it's time to lead. To lead greatly you must live greatly. Participants will be able to; identify and analyze how your limiting beliefs and negative self-image affect your leadership potential, understand the relationship between your emotions, thoughts, values, and behaviors, and be prepared to practice self-care techniques to reduce stress and burnout and become the leader your organization needs you to be. Most people have suffered childhood wounds that we have hid, suppressed, or denied. Some of them are subconscious. All of them block us from becoming who we are meant to be. This presentation will help us come face to face with the LIEs we tell ourselves. The limited ideas entertained. The stories we tell ourselves about who we are that hold us back from who we are meant to be. This presentation isn't for everyone. You will have to take a risk and come face to face with your inner critic. The voice inside your head that doubts you, judges you, belittles you, and tells you that you aren't good enough. But the LIEs aren't true. We are going to replace the LIEs with what is true about you. You are worthy, and You are more than enough.

These sessions are accredited by HRCI and SHRM, encompassing not only professional growth but also the tools requisite for enhancing your operational efficiency, advancing your managerial prowess, and propelling your career trajectory.

The full Lunch Box Series carries 4 total HRCI and SHRM credits (including 1 HRCI Ethics credit and 2 HRCI Business Credits).

Join us to unpack the future of HR excellence! Can’t make all the dates, no problem. You will have on-demand access to all four courses after the series.

One hour. One day per week. One month. One empowered HR Professional!
